ServiceLine has a simple way to see what funds were settled (or captured) from your invoices on a daily basis.
- Click on the ServiceLine logo in the upper-left corner of the page to navigate to the home page.
- Click on "Invoices" in the menu at the top of the page.
- On the Invoice page, click on the "Settlements" link in the left side panel.
You can click on any settlement number to see the payments included in that settlement and the invoice they are associated with.
Any errors will appear under the "Error" column. Errors can only appear from ACH or Credit Card payment types as they require a third party processor. Cash, Check, and No Charge payments are automatically considered successfully settled.
Active administrators will receive a daily settlement email that mirrors what is available in ServiceLine.
